Puff Designs began with a sketchbook and a salt-air walk. Today, our quiet collection of patterns, prints and original work is made entirely by hand — drawn, painted and printed in small batches.
The story
Helping people notice beauty, find encouragement and a smile through art that is inspired by nature.
I have always noticed the little things wildflowers along a path, shells on the shore, seed heads, grasses and leaves. My sketchbook holds these moments before they become hand-drawn artwork inspired by nature, memory and the stories they carry.
Puff Designs grew from a desire to share those stories. Today my work includes surface pattern designs, original artwork and illustrated characters, each created to celebrate everyday beauty and offer encouragement. I believe art can do more than decorate a space—it can lift the spirit, spark a memory and remind us that hope often lives in the smallest moments.
Why I Create
Everything I create begins with one purpose: to help people notice the beauty around them and carry more joy, hope and encouragement into everyday life. Whether it’s a repeating pattern, an original painting or a cheerful character, I hope my artwork brings comfort, connection and a reason to smile.

From Sketchbook to Story
Every design begins with observation. I draw inspiration from the places I love, gathering ideas in my sketchbook through hand-drawn illustrations and painted studies. Some become intricate surface patterns, others remain as original artworks or grow into illustrated characters and collections. Whatever form they take, each piece begins with curiosity, creativity and a story waiting to be told.
